Customer Contact Management Application

A Melbourne based tier-1 bank required a Customer Contact Management platform to be deployed within their Call Centre and Marketing teams. No other products in the market met their exact requirements.

Elektron was chosen to manage and implement the project, which was delivered on time, on budget and fulfiled all requirements. The platform supported up to 250 users and one million customers.

Functionality included cross selling, customer retention, balance transfers, back end core system integration, campaign and offer setup, team performance tracking and incentives.

Web Security Project

Over several years, a significant proportion of the web team in this multi-national organisation has been comprised of Elektron resources.

The Web Security project involved leading the analysis and remediation of security vulnerabilities across the site.

The web presence and scope of the project spanned multiple application / database servers and teams in multiple geographic locations.

Operations Platform and Dashboard

Elektron developed this MIS and Operations dashboard for a top four bank in Australia. This 2-year project consisted of several staggered releases to assist with quick wins and longer term strategy.

Elektron delivered a solution which today forms the basis of the Operations Platform including key functions such as quality control, business intelligence, MIS, billing, lending middle and front office support, securities pricing, customer interfaces, reports and many more.

The Elektron Consulting iRetain© framework was used to deliver this solution giving savings in cost and time.
