Kuber's depth of experience spans an impressive range of IT project management, design & development and system architect experience within Australia and internationally.
His extensive exposure encompasses multiple databases, programming languages, networks, front and back end technologies, data access methods, encryption and compression techniques, statistical models, neural methods, architecture designing and end to end solution packaging to provide him with a vast knowledge base.
Coupled with over sixteen years of solid experience, Kuber is an excellent system architect whose advice at all different levels of system design is invaluable.
Leah Pfeffer
Executive / Analysis & Strategy
Leah has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry within developer, business analyst and project manager roles. She has worked for a range of corporate clients including ARFN, General Electric, ANZ, and Investorweb.
Leah's extensive IT knowledge was gained though years of experience helping businesses identify their strategic business requirements and determining optimal technical solutions. She has exposure to several project methodologies, hands on experience across most roles within the System Development Lifecycle and has years of vendor management experience both as a client and as the provider, leading to a greater understanding of the roles and responsibilities to ensure successful, on time and to budget project implementations.
Leah has been part of the Elektron Consulting management team from company inception, contributing to strategic management, product management and numerous consulting roles.
Leah's standard operating practice is to identify the root cause of problems rather than fix the often more visible symptoms. Her ability to fully explore the problem statement and provide alternate design options has provided many clients with successful outcomes.
